Submit a Session

Deadline #1 is Friday, November 15!

Get your session in by Friday, November 15 so the planning committee can begin reviewing and accepting sessions. Sessions submitted by deadline #1 will be reviewed starting the following week and speakers will be made aware of the committees decision by the end of November.

The camp hopes to offer sessions on a wide variety of topics, from site building to devops. All session submissions should include a title, description, intended audience, and attendee prerequisites.

The camp will offer twenty-five 45 minute sessions, matching the session length of Drupalcon.

Deadline #2 is Wednesday, December 4!

Session submissions will be accepted through Wednesday, December 4, 2019 (11:59 pm EST), so that the full schedule can be posted in mid-December. No sessions will be considered if submitted after the second deadline.

In order to propose a session you will need to create an account first.


Speaker Reimbursement Policy

Up to 2 speakers per session can request a reimbursement for travel and lodging expenses. The maximum reimbursement that will be given is $150 per speaker.

Speakers seeking reimbursement must follow the Software Freedom Conservancy Travel and Reimbursable Expense Policy. Only speakers who are using personal funds to attend this camp are eligible.

Session Selection Process

All sessions submitted by December 4, 2019 will be considered for the camp. Selected sessions will be posted in mid-December and all speakers will be notified of their session status.
