Event Locations & Parking

The 2022 camp will be held on Friday, May 27 in McDonnell HallJadwin Halland Lewis Library at Princeton University and is accessible by car, bus, and rail. McDonnell Hall is about a 13 minute walk from the Princeton train station (aka the “Dinky”). If you are traveling by car, free parking will be available in the Harrison St. Lot (far right of map). From there you can take the few minute shuttle ride to Goheen Walk. The shuttle will leave Harrison St. every 10 minutes between 7am and 10:20am and then 15 minutes thereafter. Additionally, you can pay for on street parking on Prospect Ave. or Williams St. and walk to the venue down Washington Rd.

Entering the Building

Be sure to head to the lower level of McDonnell Hall to check in. All doors will be locked to the building throughout the entire event and volunteers will provide access at 3 locations to let you in.

  • Upper level doors on the back of McDonnell. These are the nearest to handicap parking and will require you to go up a ramp and then down an elevator or flight of stairs to registration.
  • Lower level doors on Washington Road, between McDonnell Hall and Jadwin Hall. Once in the building head left to registration.
  • Stairs to lower level doors on the front of McDonnell. Once in the building go straight to registration.

Accommodations

For a reasonable combination of proximity, amenities, and pricing, we suggest looking at the Hyatt House near the MarketFair mall. It offers a shuttle service and is also close to the Friday training venue.  A similar, alternative option is the Residence Inn that is immediately adjacent the Hyatt House.  It does not provide shuttle service.
